ordered products are shipped to Canadian customers in two ways:
The following products ship to Canadian customers from our California order center:
- "In-stock" garments, accessories & other products
The following products ship to Canadian customers from our Canada order center:
- "Made-to-Order" garments & accessories
- "Custom Tailored" garments
- most of our "Outlet" products, which are stocked in Manila until ordered.
Taxes & shipping charges are as follows:
If your order contains products that come from both our California & Canada order centers:
- your order will be split into two orders for shipping purposes
- there will be a separate shipment from each order center
- each shipment will have its own shipping charge
Products that ship from our California order center:
- are shipped via available FedEx options
- are taxed separately by Canadian Customs, and billed to you separately
Products that ship from our Canada order center:
- are shipped via available FedEx options
- are taxed for Canadian Customs during online checkout, and included in your total payment during checkout
